Pool and Clubhouse Rules

The clubhouse and pool at San Monroe are central gathering places designed to enhance the lifestyle, leisure, and sense of community among residents. To ensure these amenities remain enjoyable, safe, and welcoming for everyone, a set of rules has been established to guide their use.

These rules are not meant to restrict enjoyment—they are in place to protect the comfort, safety, and rights of all residents and guests who use these shared spaces.

1. Right of admission reserved
2. These facilities are used at your own risk.
3. No responsibility of injury, loss or damage to any personal belongings whatsoever will be accepted by the Body Corporate or Trustees of San Monroe.
4. Children under 13 must be under adult supervision at all times.
5. Gates to be closed at all times
6. The clubhouse and pool area is for the exclusive use of residents and owners of San Monroe.
7. A maximum of 10 guests will be allowed per unit.
8. No Alcohol or glass of any kind will be allowed in the clubhouse and pool area.
9. No functions of any kind may be held in the clubhouse or pool area, with the exception of official Body Corporate meetings.
10. The clubhouse and pool area is open from 8am to 8pm daily.
11. Music may be played in the clubhouse an pool area, but the volume should be kept at a reasonable level so not to disturb the surrounding units.
