Parking

Parking in San Monroe is allocated as follows:

Undercover Parking:

• Only available to the residents of San Monroe. Each unit is allocated undercover parking as follows:
  • 1 and 2 bedrooms have 1 undercover parking and 1 open parking.
  • 3 Bedroom units have 2 undercover parking and 1 open parking.

• Undercover parking may only be used by the resident of that unit. 

Open Parking:

• Visitors to the complex may not make use of undercover parking.

Open parking is available on a first come first serve basis.
