Gate Access Guide
Please review the user guide below on how to open the gate(s) of San Monroe.
To open the gates of San Monroe, your number(s) must first be added to the system. To do that, use the Access Control form on our web site.
Below are the numbers for each of the gates. Simply phone the number and if your number is in the system, the gate will open. The missed call method will NOT cost you anything in airtime. However, your cellphone provider may require that you have a positive airtime balance before you can make any calls.
It is recommended that you add the numbers of the gates to your phone even if you decide to only use the remote application.
Missed Call
There are 3 gates that you can use to enter or exit the complex. The Entrance gate, The Exit Gate and the Pedestrian Gate. Each one has its own number that you can phone to open it. The numbers are:

To open any of the above gates, simply dial the number from your phone. The system will recognize your number and drop the call, then the gate will open. You do not have to hang up or cancel the call.
MyCentrysys Remote
Use the remote to open the gates from your smartphone.
Install the MyCenturysys Remote from your app store.
On Apple devices, open your Apple Playstore and search for MyCenturySys Remote. Select the app and select install, or select the image below for your device.
On Android devices, open the appstore, search for MyCenturySys Remote, select the app and select Install, or select the image below for your device.
Once installed, open the app on your mobile device and complete the registration.
NOTE: Please make sure you are registering the app on your mobile device with the mobile number that was registered on the system.
Once registered in the app, the 2 profiles for the entrance and exit gates will be pulled from the system and available on the home tab.
